Outline
The outlines of this lecture are the basic handling of a computer, word processor software, spreadsheet software, e-mail clients, and the Internet.
In this lesson, you will acquire knowledge, techniques, and attitudes about DP1 and DP2.
2.
Objectives
By the end of the course, students should be able to do the following:
(1) understand about Basic operation of the computer and file management.
(2) create word processing documents by Japanese input.
(3) calculate data and create graph using spreadsheet software.
(4) search and extract necessary information from the Internet.
(5) understand information ethics and security in the Internet society.

Grading Policy
Your final grade will be determined based on the evaluation of your reports (100%)
The report file is required to be submitted online every lesson.
This is a hands-on class focusing on computer proficiency.

Textbook and Reference
A handout and resources will be provided as needed.
5.
Requirements (Assignments)
As preparation, carefully read the contents of the next task raised in the LMS and investigate the meaning of the keyword and how to operate the necessary application. (about 1 hour)
As a review, voluntarily proceed with unfinished reports.(about 1 hour)
Take time to touch the keyboard for more than 30 hours during the period.
