Effective techniques to manage qualities, costs and delivery dates of the projects has been developed. This subject is intended to lean the basic techniques of the project management.

Fundamental principles and concepts about the organization management.
3.Scheduleing
How to break down the work based on WBS and plan project schedules.
4. Human Resource Management
