1 Since our country adopted the written law principle, the term “law” in our country has become almost synonymous with the “law” enacted by the Diet (parliament). Keeping this in mind, I will give an outline of the concept, structure, existence form, effect, and classification of the law.
2 Next, with respect to the Constitution of Japan, which is the supreme law in Japan, I will give an outline of the basic principles, guarantee of human rights, government mechanism, etc.
3 In this class, you will acquire knowledge, techniques and attitudes about DP 3.
