Outline |

I will divide the problems about the policies of the local governments (in other words, local public policy) into the general remarks and detailed expositions, and explain the important matters respectively. In addition, I will explain the positioning of the residents in the context of the local government system, mainly on the basic matters. This class will be conducted mainly in lecture form, but I may ask each student to give presentation appropriately. In this class, you will acquire knowledge, techniques and attitudes about DP 3.
