Outline
As local public entities' policy implementation means,there are two methods such as regulations and the budget.
In this series of lectures,with respect to the regulation,we will learn mainly about its creation method.
Since this lesson is a small class lecture,discussion may be conducted between faculty and students.
In this class, you will acquire knowledge, techniques and attitudes about DP 3.

Objectives
Students can create drafts for public entities' regulations in the form of text.

Grading Policy
Students will be evaluated based on the final examination.
In addition, students may be asked to submit a report.
I will explain the contents after the final examination.

Requirements (Assignments)
Please be familiarize yourself with the contents for the next class in the textbooks.
At the first lecture,I will instruct the specific preparatory learning range for the second lecture and later.
Please take around 1.5 hours to prepare each time and around 1.5 hours to review each time.

Local public entities'regulations are also a kind of laws.
By many years of practice,the creation of drafts for laws has been carried out in accordance with certain criteria.
The method to create drafts for local public entities'regulations will be due to such criteria as a general rule.
However,since we will use Japanese anyway,deepening our understanding of Japanese is also important.
