Outline
Engineering educations in conformity with the time are learned, the desirable methods of teaching of career realization are discussed by each group.
After understanding the contents and tendency of an employment test for teachers, practice problems and interview manners are experienced. This lesson is related to DP3.
2.
Objectives
The significance of the education course, the work contents and the current state and problems of career counseling are learned and considerations are added.
The objectives of the students in this lesson are to be able to follows:· Students can understand the significance of the teaching job, the contents of the job, the current situation of course guidance, and can publish important items.
· Students acquire a method to understand fundamental learning guidance theory and to teach classes designed for concrete class scenes.
· Students learn desirable teaching skills in industrial education, centering on course guidance such as employment and advanced studies.
· Students develop simulated lessons based on the learning guidance plan created and develop practical leadership skills.
3.
Grading Policy
Students will be evaluated at 60% regular report and 40% report only if all reports are submitted.
Feedback and add explanations about points to be corrected when returning the report.

Requirements (Assignments)
As a preliminary study, students should read the contents of the next lesson (about 60 minutes) and review (about 60 minutes).
