Outline
You will learn each process of food system from production, processing, distribution, and retailing through various examples. If the arrangement can be made, two lectures and workshops on food system will be held by inviting external lecturer. In this course, you will acquire knowledge and attitudes on the policy (degree of diploma policy) DP2, especially for the Department of Regional Economics.

You can deepen your understanding about the need to capture food systems from the viewpoints of diversified processes and entities in food systems and macro viewpoints including overseas and microscopic viewpoints such as local production and local consumption.
