We often see the words "science" and "technology" in our daily lives. So what is the difference between "science" and "technology"? How did science evolve? In this lecture, I will outline the history that modern science has been established from ancient times.

Since science and technology is "live", it is necessary to be interested in cutting-edge science and technology that is updated daily, and to capture science as a part of society. Learn with interest while imagining how science and technology will change the society in the future.

Objectives
The students understand the history of the development of science and technology,
acquire a "scientific" way of thinking and “scientific literacy”, and
have interest in contemporary science and technology.

Grading Policy
In this course, there will be evaluation on two report assignments.
The report will be evaluated whether it is copied from somewhere and using your own opinion.
I will return the report in class.
If there are no more than two-thirds of attendance, no unit will be issued even if only report is submitted.

Textbook: nothing
We will use LMS to prepare for review.
