Outline
The course is designed to provide students with an opportunity to understand the many aspects of network-based information society and the contents of career guidance in school.
Topics may include information and communication technology, "Web2.0", and career counseling.
Class activities will be a combination of group discussion and creating useful teaching materials for career decision making.
For the relevance to the diploma policy, please refer to the subject table of each department.

Objectives
1)Students will be able to understand a network-based information society.
(2)Students will learn the gap in benefits from the information society.
(3)Students will be able to understand t new problems of the information society.
(4)Students will be able to create useful teaching materials for career decision making.

Grading Policy
(1) Reports after class and materials (60%)
(2) Final examination (40%)
We will return the submitted items such as Reports after class and materials and give feedback. The final examination will be explained on the LMS.
4.
Textbook and Reference
We will distribute and present necessary materials and references in class.
Students use LMS.
5.
Requirements (Assignments)
As a pre-assignment, Students review the content of " Informatic Sociology " (about 1 hour).(1st-3rd)
Students will read the reference books and create reports. (5 hours).
Students will investigate many industries of information (3 hours).

Note
This is the course for the students who registered the teaching profession course, and those who want to acquire "information license".
Students use LMS.

1. Guidance
The syllabus and the attention points on course, the purpose of the course, the outline, the assessment method, etc. will be explained.
2. Students will learn about the concept of information and make a report.
3. Students will make presentation and discuss on the characteristics of information society and change of society.
4. Teaching material creation ① 
Students will create outlines of teaching materials for career development and career selection support.
5. Teaching material creation ②
Students will collect various information to prepare teaching materials for career development and occupation selection support.
6. Students will make a report of a teaching materials.
7. Students will investigate the outline of ITSS data and summarize it.
8. Students will investigate the significant of ITSS data and summarize it.
9. Students will investigate the materials of ITSS on how to use it.
10. Teaching material creation ③ 
Students will collect various information to prepare teaching materials for ITSS.
11. Teaching material creation ④
Students will create outlines of teaching materials for ITSS.
12. Teaching material creation ⑤
Students will create teaching materials for ITSS and make a report for teaching materials.
13. Students will learn about support for high school students / college students who wish to be information technology engineers.
14. Students will prepare a report on career education of information technology engineers at school.
15. I will summarize the lesson and review of each report.
