Web Syllabus(講義概要)

Comprehensive English I/IIで修得した「英語で読み」「英語で考え」「英語で発信する」能力をさらに向上させるための授業である。異文化理解やグローバルな時事問題を題材とする英文の速読・多読を通して、英語でインプットした内容を英語でアウトプット（要約またはパラフレーズして「書く」「話す」）できるよう訓練する。

The aim of this course is to enable you to:
1. understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc.
2. deal with most situations likely to arise whilst travelling in an area where the language is spoken.
3. produce simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest.
4. describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes and ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.

課題・小テスト・発表・授業参加・授業外での学習・中間/期末試験等を総合的に判断する。出来る限り15回の授業すべてに出席すること。13回目授業終了までに欠席が5回以下の者に期末試験の受験資格を与え、全15回の授業終了までに10回分の出席回数を満たした者を成績評価する。遅刻・中抜け・早退は、30分以下を1/3回の欠席、60分以下を2/3回の欠席、60分を超えるものを1回分の欠席と扱う。忌引き・公欠・学校感染症は指定課題の期限までの提出をもって出席扱いとするが、通常の風邪・電車の遅延・就職活動等前記以外による欠時は欠時扱いとする。
