This course aims to help students have an advanced understanding of the constitutionalism and the governmental systems under the Constitution of Japan.This course is divided into 2 parts, Constitution:Special Topics I and Constitution:Special Topics II. In 'Constitution:Special Topics I', we will especially study about cases and materials regarding the constitutionalism and the governmental systems.
