Course Description

First, we study the employment condition together with recent "Abenomics". Second the national monetary system, and we study how the price level and inflation/deflation rates, and the other nominal variables are determined in the long run. Third, we explore the open-economy macroeconomics. which explains the determinants of the trade balance the current balance, the real exchange rate, and other real variations. Forth, we examine macroeconomic demand and supply, the effect of financial and fiscal policy. Finally, we examine the short-term trade-off between inflation and unemployment-rate.
