Course Description

The aim of this course is to let students know the fundamental aspects of financial law as well as finance itself. The course covers not only the periods of pre-Lehman and post-Lehman including changes of the capital adequacy ratio regulation(BaselⅠ,Ⅱ＆Ⅲ), but also new financial means such as derivatives, securitization and syndicated loans.
