Course Description

This course is designed to introduce basic theories of Finance. Finance has been regarded as one of the applied economics using analytical methods which developed on the basis of micro and macroeconomics. This course mainly focuses on the financial activities of households and corporations, the role of money, financial intermediation functions, and monetary policy of central banks. Students are expected to take care of daily news of financial economy and study the factors of these financial problems by using the idea of this course.
