Course Description

The purpose of this class is to help students prepare for their study abroad program at American language schools in the fall semester of their second year. The students will learn about American history, culture and society, on which they are required to do their research and give presentations. The class will also provide the students with appropriate advice and assistance to make sure that all the paperwork and application processes are completed accurately and timely. Finally, to ensure a smooth transition into their new environment, the class will help students improve their independence by encouraging them to take more responsibility for their own learning.
