Course Description

　Recent Asian economy came to face various new issues such as dominance of Chinese economy, US protectionism, emergence of India and latecomers in ASEAN,, worsening income inequality, aging society and environmental problem and so forth.
　This class aims to understand features and diversities in Asian economies through the country-wise study. Country study put importance in its macro-economic analysis based on statistics.
　The first 30 minutes of each class will be used for the presentation and discussion of the news on Asian economy by two students .
