１．Course Description
　Bankruptcy legislation can be divided into the "liquidation proceedings” (the Bankruptcy Act) and "reconstruction procedures"( Civil Rehabilitation Act, the Corporate Reorganization Act, etc.)
　This is the law to collectively cope with debts and credits of failed companies and individuals (basically the Civil Code)
　 the Bankruptcy Law with the focus on the Bankruptcy Legislation in the "liquidation proceedings and in the last semester, with the focus on the Civil Rehabilitation Law in the reconstruction procedures.
