Course Description

Global demand for infrastructure is enormous with rapid urbanization and economic growth of emerging countries , while Japanese demand is flat. Following sector analysis made at previouse semester, this course will focus on the challenge of infrastructure development by the Japanese companies in enviroment field , export by Japanese local government, etc. Also the analysis will be made on the challenge of Japanese domestic infrastructure development including its maintenance thorough schemes such as PPP/consession.
