Course Description

This lecture aims to comprehend the law and institutions of the European Union (EU). Although its name is widely known, we often find it misunderstood. Thus, this course explains the EU's history (how it has become what it looks like now), competence (what it can and cannot do), decision-making (who makes the rules, and how) as well as judicial system (how courts work).
