Course Description

Using 'Approaches and Methods in Language Teaching', the same textbook as the spring term, students will learn about prior studies on TESOL (teaching of English for speakers of other languages), including neurolinguistic programming, the lexical approach, and competency-based language teaching. The autumn term will cover the latter half of the textbook. The aim is to encourage the students to discuss various phases of language acquisition and the students, intrigued by language education, are expected to prepare and review each lecture thoroughly.
