Course Description

This course deals with the introductions of laws, especially the civil code of Japan. The topics are as follows:a legal act, a legal capacity, the prescription, contracts, an unlawful act, repayments of debts,an inheritance and so on. As teaching materials, we will use newspaper articles which are reported in the press.
