Course Description

The aim of this course is to let students know the basics about the criminal procedure law. Students must have learned the Penal Code so far, which is the basic substantive law of the criminal law field. Under the due process of law, any crime must be condemned only through the procedure law. It stipulates how the investigation is conducted, how a criminal will be prosecuted (or non-prosecuted), followed by the trial system including the evidence rule.Students are requested to be interested in criminal offences reported by the media.
