Course Description

This course aims to teach how to understand judicial precedents of constitutional law. In the first and second class, I will provide necessary background for understanding them. After that, students will make presentations about some highly important precedents, including but not limited to McLean Case, Pharmaceutical Act Case, first Reapportionment Case, Overseas Voters Case. Two classes are allotted for one precedent.
