Course Description

This course aims to teach how to understand judicial precedents of constitutional law. In the first and second class, I will provide necessary background for understanding them. After that students will make presentations about some highly important precedents, including but not limited to Parricide Case, Jehovah’s Witness Kendo Refusal Case, Tsu City Ground Breaking Ceremony Case, and “Lady Chatterley’s Lover” Case. Two classes are allotted for one precedent.
