Course Description

In this class, we will read German texts adopted for the students with an intermediate-level of German language skill. The course content is as follows:
1. We will exercise to catch the tenor of a German text without consulting a dictionary.
2. We will exercise to understand the correct meaning of a German text by consulting a dictionary.
3. For the a.m. exercises 1 and 2, we will use the sentences which have been on the German Diploma in Japan.
4. In addition to the exercise for the reading ability, we will strive to build a strong vocabulary.
