Course Description

Corporate finance is a field involving the raising of funds necessary for companies to conduct economic activities. More specifically, we learn about what kinds of funds are necessary, what factors influence cash flow, and what kinds of methods are available for fund procurement, including practical aspects.
In spring, we will learn the fundamentals of borrowing in modern corporate activities, and we will establish a foundation for learning the theory and practice of diversified funding, which will continue from the last term.
