Course Description

In this course, we will learn the development of the public administration, after being explained the significance of public administration and study of public administration.
Lectures will be also given on the theory of organization, organizations of the central government, and problems of coordination and integration, as well as on the public employee system and personnel affairs, and the fiscal administration and budgets.
Furthermore, this course includes lectures on theories about the administrative responsibility, and the functions and powers of the bureaucracy.
