Course Description

In this second semester, the general purpose of this class is to know how Latin American countries evolved, socially, culturally and politically, and to have an overview of the region.
Through slide shows, we will learn about art, the inventions that were born in Latin America. We will know the contributions of migration, both European and Asian, we will also study the militarism of governments.
We will also take a tour of the main Patrimonies of Humanity, the tourist places, the most representative dances of the region, and besides knowing the scientific contributions of the region we will see its current situation and the projection to the future.
