Course Description

　The aim of this lecture is to know the basic and synthetic information about Japanese history for the students in their first semester. In this lecture, the important themes of general Japanese history will be selected, and it will be explained minutly.
In this first semester, themes from Japanese pre-historic ages (Jomon and Yayoi era), the ancient and medieval ages which to end of the age of wars (Sengoku era) will be talked.
