Course Description

In this seminar, we will make analysis about the contents of old documents and records written in Japanese medieval and early modern ages. For that purpose, the students participate in this seminar must make some groupes and decipher such documents or others, research the related articles and then report all about those. Every groupe must have the presentation more than once in the first half of the semester and at that time, prepare the information papers.
On this first half, we will read the records in the early time of war era (Sengoku-jidai).
