Course Description

This course is designed for students to learn labor policies concerning work style reform. The government is promoting work style reform as biggest challenge to realizing dynamic engagement of all citizens.The major topics to be covered include the following; introducing legal limits on overtime working hours, balancing work and child/family care, and improving labor conditions of non-regular workers. Students are required to prepare for discussing these issues.
