Course Description

In “Introduction to Management,” we shall acquire basic knowledge of management studies.
“Introduction to Management II” provides a basic knowledge of organization theory. How should employees divide and integrate their tasks? The concept and frameworks of organization theory enable us to analyze the issue necessary to deal with for achieving its goal.
For a deeper understanding, the concepts and frameworks related to organization theory are introduced with illustrative examples.
