Course Description

This seminar aims to apprehend knowledge on Constitutional Law and to cultivate the necessary legal capacities through groupe research and discussions. In order to approach this, we may focus on health and medicine related problematics, so that students interested not only in Constitutional law but also in Health law will be welcome. The following is suggestion of themes to be treated, nonetheless they should be determined in the beginning of this course in regards to interests of the participants.

- Right to Personnal liberty/Self-determination (abortion, euthanasia...)
- Freedom of thought and conscience (Patient's/Doctor's refuse of medical treatement based on his/her freedom of conscience)
- Academic freedom (Biomedical research)
- Freedom of resident move (Patients of transmissible disease or psychiatric disease)
- Fabrication of health and medicine related regulations, their constitutionality
