Course Description

This course is designed for students to learn individual labor relations law in Japan.
The topics are as follows: basic characteristics of labor law, the Japanese employment system, and the system of regulating the terms and conditions of employment(the Labor Standards Law, the Labor Contract Law, employment contracts, work rules, collective agreements, etc).
