Course Description

This course is designed for students to learn individual labor relations law and collective labor relations law .
The topics are as follows: equal employment and harmonization of work and family life, non-regular workers, wages, working hours, annual leaves, workers' accident compensation system, labor unions, collective bargaining and collective agreements, dispute acts and union activities, and unfair labor practices.
