Course Description

Medical science course is aimed to learn various developmental disorders and physical disabilities in childhood for future schoolteachers. Developmental disorders comprise intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), learning disorders (LD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorders (ADHD), and motor disorders. Physical disabilities comprise mobility impairment, visual impairment, speech impairment, and hearing impairment. The lectures include primary knowledge of anatomy, physiology, cognitive psychology, brain science, and psychiatric medicine to understand these disorders and impairments.
