Course Description

In the last half, first of all, we will learn classic thories of management organizations, motivation and business leadership. At the same time, we will discuss "Business Models" which enhances innovations in the business processes to maintain competitive advantages of corporations. Finally we will learn dynamic environmental changes which are surrounding global corporations such as the status of turbulent political economy, ICT revolution accelerated by 5G and innovative technologies which would break through productivity.
