Course Description

This year, this course deals mainly with the Inheritance by referring to the substantial precedent cases concerning the financial transaction, including the examination on the revision of this part of Civil Code which would take effect mainly in July 2019.
Participants are required to make preparation and oral presentation of the theme to be dealt with as well as having learnt the fundamental knowledge related to the Civil Code covered.
