Course Description

　The main objective of this course is for students who are not familiar with laws to learn comprehensive knowledge of civil laws and basic legal research skills. In ”Law 1”, we mainly deal with basic topics of civil code.
　The topics are as follows: Taxonomy of Laws; How to Research Laws, Cases and Other Legal Issues; Introduction for Civil Laws; Rights and Duties; General Provisions of Civil Code; Real Rights; Contracts; Torts; Relatives and Inheritance; Juridical Personality; Stock Company; etc.
