Course Description

There exist “laws” in order to maintain social order in our society. We recognize “laws” as rules to protect, so it can be said that these are closely related to our life. And also it is very important for us to know and understand laws as we can solve many troubles by laws.
This course will focus on “laws and court trials” and understand the basic framework concerning the Japanese laws and the Japanese court system. And also we will consider contemporary new issues about courts.
