Course Description

The course is designed to provide Management SeminarⅠin which you can learn Basic Framework of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) based on COSO ERM Integrating with Strategy and Performance.
The goals of this course are to enable you to understand and apply Basic Framework of Enterprise Risk Management and learn the necessity knowledge to write the thesis of master's degree.
