Course Description

School health care is the educational activity which considers how to maintain school age students’ physical and mental health. Also, it provides specific idea for the students to develop the skill and the knowledge of keep their health. The fundamental concept of the school health care can roughly be separated into the health management and education, and the safety control and instruction. The students are expected to understand the global image of the school health care. The idea is not only useful during school years, but the knowledge and the skill can be useful for lifelong. The students may be recognized the structure and the concept of the school health care in education setting and expected to have clear picture of modern issue of the health care. In addition, the students may be found importance for the health education which should be provided by various educational activities. By these, the health promotion can be contributed to the next generation.
