Course Description

You will learn the concept of fact findings and its examples in the Criminal Law. The legal solution to the events in the real world goes through the process of
“ finding of the facts and interpreting and applying the appropriate laws to the accredited facts ”. This course aims to help you deepen your practical understanding about criminal law, mainly from the viewpoint of fact findings. Within Seminar Ⅱ, you will mainly learn examples of fact findings on special criminal offenses , legality of criminal investigation and the evidence law.
You will also be able to acquire the ability to express your own opinions persuasively to the public (presentation skill).
