Course Description

In order to properly conduct criminal punishment, it is necessary for the investigation institutions (police officers and prosecutors) to properly obtain evidences which will become trace of a crime, and properly perform their analysis and evaluation in the criminal investigation activities. This course aims to acquire the ideas and senses of analysis and evaluation of evidence in criminal investigations (fact findings in the investigation) by taking a close look at concrete cases in which the fact findings become issues. This will help you deepen your concrete and practical understanding of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law.
Students who are considering police officer as a future carrer, will be able to get a concrete image of its career activities.
