Course Description

The financial and securities markets play a major role in national economy. While providing a place for financing to companies and governments, it also provides for fund management for households, pension funds, etc. In this lecture, on the premise that the student acquired the fundamental concepts and roles of the markets in "Securities Market I", we aim to further consider the application fields such as corporate practice and international finance. Initially, classes will focus on lectures, but considering the progress, we may also have discussions, group work and presentations as appropriate.
