Course Description

　　This course will aim to explore the educational and sociological aspects of corporate activities in terms of contributing to the development of personnel resources. Corporate activities and human resources development studies could have achieved the analysis of the movement that replaces full-time employees with part-time and temporary workers with the introduction of different perspective based on the case studies. This course will revisit the perception that vocational career development is individualissues, contrasting the employment system of Japan with other countries.
