Course Description

The museum has a wide variety of collections, and these collections contain a lot of information. Therefore, the management and dissemination of information in museums has been a major purpose of modern museums since their inception. A medium for utilizing such information for exhibition, research, and education is called media. Various media have been used to transmit information through hands-on exhibits, diorama exhibits, and science demonstration experiments. More than 20 years have passed since the spread of the Internet, and the types of information and media have also diversified. In this lesson, we will organize various information in the museum and acquire basic knowledge on the provision and utilization of information.
