Course Description

Industrial psychology started in the field of business management, aiming at the improvement of the productivity of workers by analyzing their behavior. Currently it includes various research fields such as motivation, leadership, ergonomic. Learning the results of these researches is important and beneficial not only for the manager of the company, but also for students to spend a happy life in the future as workers. In this lecture, basic items of industrial/organizational psychology will be explained based on the textbook. Topics of occupational safety and health such as safety behavior and stress management in the workplace will be included.
