(1) "Nuclear Weapons on Trial”; (2) the ICJ as the Principal Judicial Organ of the United Nations; (3) the Composition of the ICJ; (4) Jurisdiction; (5) Optional Clause System as general; (6) Reservations of the Optional Clause Declarations; (7) Parties; (8) Proceedings; (9) Preliminary Objection; (10) Interim Measures of Protection; (11) Monetary Gold Case Principle and Intervention; (12) Res Judicata, Interpretation, and Revision of Judgment; (13) Advisory Opinion.
