Course Description

The purpose of this course is to gain background image of social studies through reviewing and discussing our experience of studying social studies at an elementary school. We will learn essential knowledge to teach social studies. For example, we will see history of social studies and contents of the official guidelines for school teaching. Based on the knowledge, we will make mock lesson and analyze it.
